The DotComDollar value is based on the automatic sales of products (approximately 1 in 3) from this site with 100% of the sum received being credited to the US$ pot. The total pot is shared equally against all active DotComDollars which makes up its variable value. At no time can this sum be calculated in advance as it depends on far to many factors, but is guaranteed to be at least 15 US cents with no upper maximum value.
For the purpose of this calculation active DotComDollars are considered to be the total issued amount at any time less those spent at eBookStores & More.
